LAS VEGAS (CelebrityAccess) — Dead & Company, the Grateful Dead revival, has officially wrapped their 30-show residency at the Sphere in Las Vegas.
Stretching over a period of three months, Dead & Company performed epic four-hour sets that paired with expansive visuals displayed on The Sphere’s high tech wraparound LED displays, making for an immersive experience.
For the shows, Dead & Company performed 115 unique songs across the 30 shows, paying tribute to the band’s deep catalog of music and the Dead’s dedicated fanbase.
As part of the residency, Dead & Company helped to raise more than $2.2 million dollars to support a range of nonprofits and environmental and social causes that included HeadCount, REVERB, and the Dead Family non-profit organizations, as well as Vegas-based Hope for the City and MusiCares, among others.
In total, Dead & Company has raised more than $15 million to support worthy causes since the band launched in 2015 through the famed Participation Row, charity auctions, online raffles, and other activities.
